Marsh Landing broke ground in the year of 1996 and construction was completed in 2002. In total, the home owners association for Marsh Landing is comprised of three hundred and seventy-six homes. Outside of the community are exciting and dazzling amenities including several top-tier shopping plazas and magnificent dining experiences in nearby plazas such as Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall, Edison Mall, and Gulf Coast Town Center. Back at home, the home owners association offers a spacious clubhouse for meetings and social gatherings throughout the year. Walking through the clubhouse, residents will see the resort style swimming pool and spa in the rear with a bocce ball court, and two tennis courts. In addition, there is a state-of-the-art fitness center located inside the clubhouse with twenty-four hour access for your convenience.
